High Performance Plan Range

About Our High Performance Plan Range

Our High Performance Plan Range is built around the idea that comfort and wellbeing come first, with energy efficiency following naturally. Each plan is designed using proven Passive House principles and refined through detailed energy modelling, allowing performance outcomes to be understood before construction begins.

Each plan is developed to deliver:

    • Year-round comfort and healthier living

    • Long-term durability and sustainable performance

    • Up to 90% reduction in heating and cooling demand

Performance Benefits of Our Pre-Designed Home Plans

Our High Performance Plan Range is designed and energy-modelled before construction begins. This means key performance outcomes are known early, alongside your investment, reducing uncertainty while delivering proven comfort and efficiency.

THERMAL EFFICIENCY

Each plan is energy-modelled to ensure consistent and efficient thermal performance without the need for custom design development.

INDOOR AIR QUALITY

The plans incorporate balanced ventilation strategies that support continual fresh filtered air and moisture control from the outset.

HEALTHY INDOOR AIR

The passive house principles incorporated into each plan means most allergens are removed before they enter the home benefitting those who suffer from asthma or hay fever.

CONTROLLED VENTILATION

Ventilation systems are integrated into the plan design, ensuring reliable airflow and comfort without relying on retrofitted solutions, or unwelcome heat loss from the home.

ELIMINATION OF DRAFTS & COLD ROOMS

Our plans ensure you enjoy thermal comfort throughout the entire house, year round. No cold bedrooms or bathrooms.

HEALTHY DURABLE HOMES

Our plans are designed with health and value in mind.  From simple high performance designs to quality low maintenance materials, the homes themselves are strong, healthy and durable.

Our Two Step Plan Range Process

PHASE ONE

Your Plan, Your Site & Your Upgrades

Together we discuss plan and performance options to meet your budget and requirements. You choose your priced plan (which incorporates agreed performance options).

If required, we undertake a site set out and feasibility study of your site.

A build contract is presented. Our contract is an industry approved New Zealand Certified Builders Contract, and we provide a 10-year workmanship guarantee for further peace of mind.

Once a build contract has been signed, we will prepare a site plan on your section, necessary for consent, and undertake the engineering required to confirm any additional foundation requirements at that site.

These site-specific costs will be additional but an approximate cost for this work is provided prior to contract signing.

Your selection process for your inclusions plus an opportunity for any further variations is undertaken at this stage, allowing you to make personal choices/adjustments to your home. This is a transparent process, and your approval for any variations and cost adjustments must be provided.

We submit for building consent and a build start date is agreed.

PHASE TWO

Preparing To Build

A build schedule is completed. Our experienced Project Manager oversees the construction of your home, and your exclusive Site Foreman leads the team charged with constructing your home.

You can keep up to date with communications, schedules, variations & approvals at any time on your online job portal. We also supply our ‘Client Expectations’ booklet, which details each stage of the build and answers common questions.

Don’t forget, if your home includes an air tightness test, we complete this at both pre-line and completion stage.

Upon Completion of your build, we jointly undertake a final quality control inspection. We also explain our after-build management process and present to you the keys for your new home.
