Concerned by the performance and health of code-minimum builds, we led the way as one of New Zealand’s early adopters of Passive House and energy-efficient design. Since 1998, we’ve built architectural and hillside homes across Canterbury and in 2011, we made high-performance design the standard for every home we create.

A thoughtfully designed and constructed building envelope is the key to creating a truly high-performing home.
To deliver homes that are genuinely comfortable, durable and energy efficient, we use advanced building systems such as Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs).
With extensive experience delivering SIPs homes across New Zealand, we understand how to design, assemble and install these systems to achieve reliable performance outcomes however complex the build.
We also work with timber-framed construction, using proven airtightness strategies to deliver well-insulated, high-performance homes where this approach is better suited to a client’s needs.
